Event Details

Date: Friday 30th October 2026

Time: 5:00 PM – Approximately 8:00 PM

Entry: £26.95 per player

Spaces: Strictly limited to 20 players

Format: Relaxed, friendly prerelease tournament

What's Included?

Every participating player receives:

1 × Mega Evolution – Delta Reign Build & Battle Box, containing a ready-to-play 40-card deck, an exclusive prerelease promo card and 4 booster packs.

3 × Additional Delta Reign Booster Packs for completing the event.

Three rounds of friendly Pokémon battles.

The opportunity to discover and play with the latest Pokémon cards before general release!

That's 7 booster packs in total, plus your ready-to-play deck and prerelease promo!

A Fun, Family-Friendly Event!

We've deliberately scheduled this event for 5 PM on a Friday so that schoolchildren can attend after school and parents and families have the opportunity to join in.

We want our prerelease events to be welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable for everybody, regardless of age or experience.

This is not a highly competitive tournament. The focus is on enjoying the new cards, meeting other Pokémon fans and having a great time!

There are no winner-takes-all prizes. Every player who completes the event receives their three additional booster packs, regardless of their results.

Important Information for Parents and Guardians

All children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the event.

Children must not be dropped off or left unattended at GATECRASH.

The accompanying adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the event.

Parents and guardians are welcome to watch and support their young Trainers.

Adults wishing to participate in the tournament themselves must purchase their own player ticket.

How the Event Works

4:45 PM – Registration Opens

Arrive, check in and get ready for the event.

5:00 PM – Open Your Packs & Build Your Deck

Receive your Build & Battle Box, discover your cards and prepare your 40-card deck.

5:40 PM – Friendly Battles Begin

Take part in three relaxed rounds against other Pokémon Trainers.

7:40 PM – Participation Rewards

Every player who completes the event receives their three additional booster packs!

8:00 PM – Approximate Finish
