Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched the same working day for purchases completed before 2:00pm (GMT).

Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

No payment, no parcel. Once payment clears, the wheels start turning.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier or parcel handler, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

From the moment the parcel is accepted by the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. Tracking details will be provided where applicable so you can follow its journey into the wild.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or suspected lost, we are required to allow 14 days from the dispatch date before a claim can be submitted with the courier.

This 14-day period is mandatory and set by the parcel handlers. During this time, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Once the 14 days have passed, we will raise a claim with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible based on the outcome of that claim.

Dispatch times refer to working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery estimates provided by couriers are not guarantees.

Incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
