Trade-In Submissions

We offer trade-ins on selected items, but all trade-in requests must be submitted using the form above. No form, no review. This keeps things fair, organised, and stops us guessing what you’re actually offering.

What Happens Next

• Once your form is submitted, our team will review the information provided.

• If we wish to discuss your trade-in further, we will contact you within 48 hours.

• If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, it means the item is not of interest at this time.

• You are welcome to submit the same item again after 14 days, as demand and stock levels can change.

Please do not chase, message staff directly, or submit repeated forms within the 48-hour window. It will not speed things up and does the opposite of helping.

Important Behaviour Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.

• Any abuse, threats, or harassment toward staff regarding trade-in offers or declined items will result in an immediate ban from future trade-ins and in-store services.

• Details of the abuse may be shared on our social media and passed on to other trade-in stores in the local area to protect their staff as well.

Trade-ins are optional, not an entitlement. We’re happy to work with respectful customers and we will not tolerate anything else.
