GATECRASH Comps – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of all competitions operated under GATECRASH Comps is:

2. Eligibility
2.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of GATECRASH, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is awarded.
3. Competition Details
3.1 Each competition page will clearly state:
the ticket price,
the maximum number of tickets available,
the prize(s) on offer,
the competition closing date and time.
3.2 Competitions are run on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once all available tickets have been allocated or the stated closing time is reached.
4. Paid Entry
4.1 Entries may be made by purchasing tickets via the GATECRASH website.
4.2 Each ticket represents one entry into the specified competition.
4.3 Once purchased, tickets cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded except where required by law.
5. Free Postal Entry Route
5.1 A free entry route is available for all competitions.
5.2 To enter for free, entrants must send a letter by standard first or second-class post only (no special or premium postage required) to:

5.3 Each free entry letter must include:
full name,
email address,
contact telephone number,
the name of the competition being entered.
5.4 Only one entry per envelope is permitted. Multiple free entries may be submitted, provided each is sent in a separate envelope.
5.5 Free postal entries must be received by the stated competition closing date and time shown on the competition page and will not be accepted after this point.
5.6 Free entries are entered into the same draw pool as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
5.7 GATECRASH accepts no responsibility for free entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, or incomplete.
6. Entry Confirmation & Ticket Numbers
6.1 Paid entrants will receive unique virtual ticket number(s) upon successful purchase.
6.2 Ticket numbers will be provided via email and/or order confirmation.
6.3 It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that contact details are correct at the time of entry.
7. The Draw
7.1 Winners are selected at random from all valid entries once the competition has closed.
7.2 The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable random selection method.
7.3 Draws will be recorded and published on GATECRASH’s Facebook page for transparency.
7.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
8. Winner Notification
8.1 Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.
8.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, GATECRASH reserves the right to:
redraw the prize, or
award the prize to a reserve entrant.
9. Prizes
9.1 Prizes will be described accurately on each competition page.
9.2 Prizes are non-transferable.
9.3 Cash prizes are only available where explicitly stated on the competition page.
9.4 Store credit prizes:
have no cash value,
cannot be exchanged for cash,
are redeemable online or in-store only, as stated.
9.5 Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK address at no additional cost.
10. Prize Delivery
10.1 Physical prizes will be dispatched within 7 working days of winner confirmation.
10.2 GATECRASH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details supplied by the winner.
11. Refunds & Cancellations
11.1 All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
11.2 If a competition is cancelled or cannot proceed, all entrants will receive a full refund.
11.3 No changes will be made to a competition once it has opened that would disadvantage entrants.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 GATECRASH accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failure, or payment errors.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
13. Data Protection & Privacy
13.1 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of competitions in accordance with UK GDPR.
13.2 Winners’ first name and county may be published unless the winner objects.

14. General
14.1 These competitions are not lotteries and do not require a licence as a free entry route is available.
14.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Acceptance
By entering a competition operated by GATECRASH Comps, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
